Superior Clamping

Handles Oversized Wheels
The tabletop clamping system easily handles 12- 30 inch wheels safely with standard outside clamping accessories. The radiused table design allows easy bottom bead access, while ensuring rigidity for large diameter wheels. Four self-centering clamps are actuated by two heavy-duty pneumatic cylinders. 40% more clamping force than single cylinder designs.

High-Quality Clamping Jaws

Internal clamping for steel wheels Hardened steel teeth firmly hold steel wheels internally.		External clamping for alloy wheels Measurement marks aid external clamping. Nylon inserts protect alloy wheels when clamping externally.

Adjustable Height Clamping Two work positions help service narrow and wide wheels and adjust to tall or short operators.		Standard Clamping Accessories Four jaw extensions increase clamping capacity to 30 inches. Removeable tire supports stop larger tires from dropping below the rims.

Automatic Swing Arm
With the push of a single button, the swing arm locks the wheel diameter and width. The automatic swing-arm design does not require the extra space used by tilt-column tire changers. 30% smaller footprint than tilt-column designs. Foot pedal operation keeps hands free.

Interchangeable Quick-Connect Heads
Patented quick-connect steel heads offer 10 second switch-over.

Powerful Motor and Drive
Two-speed forward (7 and 17 rpm) for speed or finesse. Single-speed reverse (7 rpm). 220V high-torque motor delivers ample power for difficult conditions. Optional air version available.

Adjustable Side Shovel
Three-way adjustable shovel angle. Large wheel pad enables service on a wide range of custom wheels. Shovel protector sleeves are supplied standard for alloy wheel protection.

Complete Inflation Station
A 60 psi safety limiter prevents over-inflation. Storage tray has ample space for adaptors and accessories. The dual system blasts air directly through the clamping jaws to seal the tire bead, while the tire is inflated through a clip-on air hose at the valve stem.

Optional Wheel Lift
Optional wheel lift eases service of large assemblies, reduces operator fatigue and allows for more careful handling of expensive wheels.
