This message is to let you know how much better the alignment business is here at American Tire and Auto Care. A big part of that is the simplicity and ease provided by the 4 camera Hunter HawkEye image systems combined fully integrated racks releasing and locking the turn plates and slip plates on command of the alignment computer. This year our company purchased a L441 four post lift, WinAlign premium alignment system, TCX575 tire changer, and Road Force GSP9700 wheel balancer. The Hunter WA200 Aligner and RX Scissor Rack have been a welcome addition to the profitability of Maxi Lube. We have been pleasantly surprised with the amount of alignment labor and part sales generated by the equipment, enabling a total pay back of the equipment cost in the first 18 months of use. We purchased the Hunter FIA Fully Integrated Alignment System with the bar code scanner and have now completed our first full month of operation. The results are stellar. During our first month of operation we invoiced 149 alignments. You may find it of interest to note we are an 8 bay shop that does 30-40 RO's a day.
