President of the United States George W. Bush made a brief stopover at Hunter Engineering's St. Louis Research and Training Center on Friday, May 14th, where he spoke to a select group of supporters and the news media. The luncheon event was organized by Hunter President and former Ambassador to Belgium Stephen F. Brauer and his wife Kimmy Brauer. |
President Bush spoke from the stage in the training center auditorium,
which was specially prepared for his visit. The President spoke about the progress in Iraq that's not generally reported by mainstream
media, the increasing growth of the U.S. economy and the improving outlook for U.S. jobs. His comments were reported worldwide later that day. |
