Hunter's DSP9600 High-Capacity Wheel Balancer Offers Features for Unprecedented Speed and Accuracy

The DSP9600 delivers superior performance and includes unique features to balance today's high-performance wheels.

The patented ServoDrive motor and programmable DC drive system support a series of features never seen before in a wheel balancer. ServoDrive allows the technician to rotate the wheel in either direction and at variable speeds and torque, allowing complete control for precise weight placement.

Split Spoke® automatically locates the best out-of-sight position for adhesive weight placement on custom wheels, and Split Weight® splits the weight reading into two weights and relocates them on the wheel to help reduce weight inventories and avoid trim ring obstructions.

Patch Balance® eliminates excessive lead or exposed weights on oversized light truck tires by using a weighted patch inside the tire.

CenteringCheck® allows the operator to verify that a mounted wheel is properly centered to produce a more accurate balance.

Quick-Thread® auto-clamping takes up unused spindle threads with a double tap of the foot pedal.

Quick Calibration Check confirms if calibration is needed at any time, in just a few seconds.

Optional Automatic Dataset® Arms speed entry of exact chosen weight location and double as measuring tools for lateral and radial runout. Direct measure input calculates the exact amount of imbalance for more frequent single-spin balancing, even on aluminum wheel applications using hidden tape weights.

Optional, integrated wheel lift allows a single technician to easily mount wheels weighing up to 175 lbs., which helps prevent potential injuries and fatigue from manually lifting wheels into place.
