Hunter's TC3500 Tire Changer Includes Exclusive Features To Safely Service Today's Toughest Performance Tires and Wheels

The advanced features of Hunter's TC3500 ensure safe handling of low-profile and run-flat tires on wheels up to 24” in diameter. At the same time, the TC3500 is easy and fast to use for conventional tires and rims as well.

The exclusive hydraulic bead loosening roller system gently rolls the tire off or on the rim under complete command of the operator with a simple two-finger controller. The rollers are strong enough to hold the tire stationary while the rim is rotated to complete match-mounting procedures.

The exclusive rubber-pad “tulip” clamping system secures the wheel in place and rotates it smoothly to safely work in unison with roller forces or the mounting arm without risk of damaging the rim or tire bead. An extension kit is included standard to service wheels up to 24” in diameter.

The three-point articulated mounting arm allows the exclusive polymer mounting head to follow the rim edge, even if the wheel is mounted off-center. Made of a wearing material and riding closer to the rim than steel mounting heads, the polymer head removes the potential of marring damage and reduces the stress to beads on stiff, low-profile tires. The Force Multiplier Arm aids the technician with added leverage on the mounting arm when seating the mounting head and holding it down against the wheel. The mechanical bead pusher helps hold the upper bead in place when mounting tires with stiff sidewalls.

The air motor generates high torque, full bidirectional rotation, requires no electrical hookup and is extremely quiet.

The new TC3500-SS model includes the optional bead-loosening side shovel to help service special applications such as motorcycle or ATV tire and wheel assemblies.

To help today's shop operators and tire technicians, the TC3500 package includes an operational video with tips on key steps and an on-site certification program to enhance skills and encourage professionalism.
