CodeLink recalibrates the vehicle’s steering angle sensor (SAS) (as required by OEM) to match the final thrust angle of the vehicle. This ensures the vehicle’s electronic stability control (ESC) functions properly. Failure to perform the manufacturer recommended SAS reset procedure may cause several conditions that could result in comebacks. |
