Instantly Calculates Front Bushing Adjustment For Perfect Camber and Caster Without Removing the Bushing.

There are over 10 million light trucks with twin I–beam or solid axle suspensions which use special bushings to adjust camber and caster.

Hunter's Automatic Bushing Calculator shows the required bushing and position to make the desired change.
The display prompts the technician to enter data for the current bushing, including size, shape and position of the bushing.
Technician can change the orientation of the bushing while observing the resulting change in camber and caster on screen.
Bushing mounting template is displayed in actual size and shape.



		The “Before” column shows the current camber and caster. The “After” column shows any remaining variance from specification after installing the bushing. The technician can judge whether the amount of adjustment will be satisfactory before proceeding. The bushing brand, shape and part number are shown. Measurements are “frozen” while sensors are removed for bushing installation. Softkeys allow toggling between left and right front wheels. Alternative brand and size bushings can be selected instantly to help utilize inventory on hand. Automatic Bushing Calculator makes calculations so that only one wheel may be adjusted, if desired. A paper template can be printed out for reference during installation.
