1.) The Uniform Inspection & Communication Standards for individual parts show the technician:
  • Inspection information for the specific part.
  • A list of standardized conditions from which to select.
2.) When the technician selects the condition of the part being inspected:
  • The next screen displays the standard for the repair or replacement of that part.
  • The screen may be printed for use in explaining the needed service to the customer.
3.) The technician sets the status of the item and continues through the inspection checklist.
