Originally opening as a tire dealer 20 years ago, Michelin Car Service – Le Van in Phan Rang, Vietnam soon shifted to becoming a service center with “full professional equipment,” says store manager Phanh Gia Thanh. “And the highlight has been Hunter.”

That’s because in contrast to other shops in his area, Thanh quickly found that “Hunter equipment is extremely convenient, accurate and rarely breaks down,” he says. “That’s what we completely trust, and why we’ll invest in more Hunter equipment in the future.”

Customer satisfaction has been high. When the vehicle is returned following wheel balancing and alignment, “The car runs completely smooth, and that’s a very happy thing. That’s the basis for customers to trust us, support us and introduce more people to come to us,” Thanh says.
