“Our investment in equipment isn’t what it’s going to do for us the business, but what it’s going to do for us as a team,” he says. 

That’s why productive Hunter Engineering equipment has been such a great fit, because “it’s a way to keep techs busy and happy,” Slanisky says. Adding an additional alignment per day for each technician at the end of the year is a “game-changer.”
