Marshall has worked with Hunter equipment his entire 15 years with the company. So it was a natural step to turn one bay over to Hunter’s Quick Check® Commercial autonomous inspection system to help keep Marshall customers on the road.
What he likes about it is the efficiency. “It’s straight up; go or no go. It’s very simple to understand.”
He prefers to review the results with customers live on the screen, “so I can explain the numbers and what’s going on with the vehicle.
“It’s a lot easier for them to say yes or no right on the spot, than sending an email they look at possibly two or three days later.”
