Blast inflation system seats the most difficult tires

FlastBlast™, Hunter Engineering’s topside blast inflation system, is now an option for its popular TCX51H tire changer. This new configuration will be known as 51H Plus. 

The FastBlast™ system is designed to inflate even the most challenging truck and SUV tires. The technician sets the position, selects the inflation mode and presses the inflation pedal for an immediate blast from the large 6.5-gallon air tank. 

Safety is a prime consideration, since FastBlast™ allows for easy, hands-free inflation by a single technician. 

“FastBlast™ excels at being able to blast-inflate those big, heavy, balloon truck and SUV tires,” said Jim Hudson, Hunter product manager for tire changers. “It’s faster, safer, easier and more effective than any other nozzle-based blast inflation.” 

Other featured benefits of the 51H include a heavyweight chassis, 10 to 26-inch external clamping, PowerOut bead breaker and 220V two-speed power.
