Hunter Engineering releases WinAlign® HD Quick Check Spec!

2017-11-01 -

LAS VEGAS-Hunter Engineering releases WinAlign® HD Quick Check Spec! Hunter is proud to release Quick Check Spec for WinAlign® HD. Quick Check Spec allows heavy-duty truck service providers to quickly diagnose alignment condition and present readings for all angles that cause premature tire wear in just three minutes, by eliminating the need to find the axle tag before performing a WinAlign® HD Quick Check. Quick Check Spec is used to compare alignment readings and diagnose misalignment on over 80% of heavy-duty trucks. This easy-to-use spec saves the technician from doing double duty before a misalignment is diagnosed. Preventive alignment maintenance programs and service facilities that routinely check heavy-duty truck wheel alignment readings can increase tire life by about 20% and decrease fuel consumption by about 2% by keeping heavy-duty trucks properly aligned. Hunter Product Manager, Don Glaser, noted, “Our faster WinAlign® HD Quick Check with Quick Check Spec enhances shop productivity and speeds alignment service allowing the shop to sell more alignment service and prevent premature tire wear.”
