Net Promoter or Net Promoter Score is a management tool that Hunter uses to gauge the loyalty of our customer relationships. This tool exists to measure loyalty that exists between Hunter and our customers.
The Net Promoter Score is calculated based on responses to a single question: "How likely is it that you would recommend our company/product/service to a friend or colleague?
The scoring for this answer is most often based on a 0 to 10 scale.
2019 Net Promoter Score
Each year we survey 7000 new and existing Hunter customers with the question, “On a scale of 1-10, how likely would you be to recommend Hunter products to others?” Our Net Promoter Score is calculated by the average answer from our survey responses.
