Hunter's Online Order Return Policy

Eligible

  • Unused parts purchased online are eligible for return and refund within 30 days of delivery. A restocking fee of up to 30% may apply to items not returned in their original condition and manufacturer packaging.

Not Eligible

  • Original and return shipping costs will not be refunded 

Return Process: 

1. Send an email to rgm@hunter.com including:

    • Order number
    • Reason for return
    • Part numbers
    • Quantity 

2. Once approved, Hunter Service Center will email you a return goods memo (RGM).

3. Print the RGM and place it in the same package as the unused parts.

Customer is responsible for return shipping costs. RGM is key for identifying the refund order once parts are returned.

4. Refunds will automatically be deposited into the account used to place the order. Please allow up to 5 business days for processing after the returned parts arrive at the Hunter Service Center.

Only the cost of unused parts will be refunded. Shipping charges are non-refundable.
