FAQ

  • What can I expect from the co-op/intern experience at your company?

You’ll get real, hands-on experience on meaningful projects that directly support our team’s goals. We treat our co-ops and interns as valuable contributors, offering opportunities to collaborate, problem-solve, and build skills that translate to full-time roles. From day one, you’ll receive guidance, support, and exposure to different parts of the business.

  • How does the application and interview process work?
    1. Our process is simple and student-friendly:

    • Submit an online application and resume.
    • Complete a brief phone and/or video interview.
    • Participate in a skills-based assessment (if applicable). We keep candidates informed throughout the process and strive to make interviews conversational and approachable.
  • Is the co-op/internship paid, and what benefits are included?

Yes – all of our co-op and internship positions are paid. We also offer additional perks such as training, mentorship, company events, and access to the tools and resources you need to succeed. Some roles may provide housing support, depending on the position.

  • How flexible is the schedule, and can it accommodate my class commitments?

We understand that academics come first. Our programs are designed to offer some flexibility around class schedules, exams, and university requirements. Specific schedules vary by role, but we work closely with students to ensure a manageable and supportive balance between work and school.

  • Are there opportunities for full-time employment after the program?

Yes – strong performance during a co-op or internship can lead to future full-time opportunities. We actively look to hire top talent from our student programs and many of our current full-time team members began their careers here as co-ops or interns.

  • Are the roles onsite, remote, or hybrid?

Our co-op and internship positions are fully onsite. Being in person allows students to collaborate closely with their teams, receive hands-on training, and gain a deeper understanding of our work environment.
