Things weren’t going well for Huron Auto in Windsor, Ontario. “We were new, and the equipment was failing on a regular basis,” says owner Sina Naebkhil. “It was time to sink or swim.”
At an industry conference, Sina had her first view of Hunter equipment, and it made a permanent impression. When the time became right, “All that equipment that we saw demonstrated is now on our floor,” she says.
Sinking turned to swimming. “Hunter technology allows us to service vehicles that we would have been sending to the dealer,” says co-owner Jose Cornejo. “Now we can deliver an honest service.”
Personal relationships were also key, Sina says. “It wasn’t about selling us equipment. It was ensuring we were ready.”
